We decided that we would look for land in Sarasota and of course we decided to use Michael Saunders. We were assigned Kristen Srur and from the moment she picked us up we could tell that she had listened to our description of the areas where we wanted to own and had an in depth package of information on each piece of land. Kristen is not only a local, but she is keenly in-tune with the local area, the real estate market in the greater Sarasota/Bradenton area as well as all of the schools and schools districts. Kristen is not your typical realtor, she is compassionate, dedicated and really works hard to treat your family as her own, she had our best interest at heart throughout the entire time and worked closely with our needs to find us what we are looking for. Having moved 10 times, due to work-related relocations, I have never had a move or a realtor quite like Kristen. She is simply the best, I would highly recommend Kristen for any looking to the Sarasota/Bradenton Florida area.
