We contacted Gladys Carrasco in February 2019 to set up appointments to view two properties. We were traveling from the Miami Area and had limited time to see and make offers on the properties. Gladys was a champion from day one! Gladys was not only professional and pleasant on the phone, but very accommodating when my mother had an accident and our plans changed last minute. Working with Gladys was always easy. She was accessible by email, text or phone whenever we needed her. She was never pushy and always open to showing us additional properties or changing the text on a contract we were writing. It was probably not easy handling 2 sales for family members simultaneously, but she did so with calmness and grace. With every step, Gladys was informative, patient, and trustworthy.
