It is rare that when you meet someone who instantly become a friend. This is how I felt the first time I met Michelle. I felt very comfortable and very confident in her from the start. My brother had purchased a home from Michelle a year before. They had nothing but praise for Michelle. I could not believe how committed she was to us.
