Throughout his career, Marc has held senior leadership positions within some of the industry’s most respected organizations, including extensive roles within the Prudential and Sotheby’s franchise systems. Most recently, he served as CEO and Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty Partners and KW Mid Hudson, overseeing multiple offices across Northern Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties in New York, along with licensed operations in Connecticut.

Marc’s leadership focus has consistently centered on recruiting, productivity, profitability, and agent performance. He is recognized for his ability to analyze market center data, identify trends, and implement strategic initiatives that drive measurable growth.
