With more than 32 years in the industry, Tess Scalise brings deep expertise in luxury real estate, brokerage operations, executive leadership, and sales strategy to Michael Saunders & Company.

Tess has held senior roles including regional vice president for a global real estate organization, president of a top luxury brokerage, and executive vice president | director of sales and COO of a large high-end coastal organization. These experiences have shaped Tess into a highly effective brokerage leader known for driving strategic growth, guiding brokerages through shifting luxury markets with clarity and confidence and building high-performing agent teams.

Her experience at the highest levels of brokerage operations gives agents a distinct advantage—strategic insight, operational support, and leadership that understands both production and growth. Tess is committed to helping experienced agents elevate performance while maintaining balance and long-term success.

Equally important is Tess’ commitment to community. Currently as Treasurer on the board of the Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce, she has also served on the Executive Committee of the Summit Historical Society, as Vice President on the board of the Junior League of Denver, and contributes regularly to several other non-profit organizations. Additionally, Tess has participated on the Forms and Professional Standards Committees in both Florida and Colorado.

Tess and her husband call Florida’s cultural coast home, enjoying its celebrated beaches and the down-to-earth sophistication of downtown Sarasota.
